These terms concern Traplight’s studio websites at traplightgames.com and traplight.games, including our portfolio, company information, contact details and job advertisements. The website is operated by Traplight Oy, Kantotie 4, 40800 Jyväskylä, Finland. Contact contact@traplightgames.com.

Our games and services operated by publishers or other partners have their own applicable terms and privacy notices. These website terms do not replace them. Commercial projects and employment are governed by separately agreed contracts.

Content and intellectual property

The website’s text, design, software, artwork, videos and branding are owned by Traplight or the relevant rights holders. Game and partner names, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may browse the website, link to its public pages and use content as permitted by applicable law. Other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder. No ownership or licence to use a game, brand or other protected material is granted merely by visiting this website.

Responsible use

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the website or infringe another person’s rights. We may take proportionate steps to protect the website and its users from misuse.

Enquiries and applications

Contact details and job advertisements invite you to get in touch; they are not offers to enter a contract or guarantees of employment. An email or application does not by itself create a commercial or employment agreement.

For an initial business enquiry, please send a non-confidential overview. Arrange an appropriate confidentiality agreement before sending material that requires special protection. Any confidentiality obligations already agreed with you remain in force.
